Enloe Medical Center in Chico, CA and Anthem Blue Cross are in contract negotiations. Their contract is set to renew or expire on November 1, 2018. If Anthem and Enloe don’t reach an agreement, Anthem will reach out to members who accessed the Enloe Medical Center in the past 12 months.
Enrollees who are receiving treatment are encouraged to call member services to address continuity of care concerns. Anthem has prepared an FAQ on the contract negotiations.
