CoPower can match the renewal/anniversary date to the current medical plan renewal/anniversary date for new and existing groups. They just need a copy of the group’s medical renewal or approval letter stating their medical renewal/effective date. Also, the group needs to be active/in-force for one full year at CoPower.

Once CoPower has the proper documentation, their customer-service reps can process these renewal date-change requests.
