Starting in May, access to electronic invoices will no longer be done through a third-party system. Instead, the electronic invoices will be available through Empower, CoPower’s proprietary online administration system.
Using the Empower portal will allow CoPower to provide the best possible experience for their customers. Empower is a one-stop-shop to view and pay invoices as well as manage enrollments, terminations, changes, commissions (for brokers), and renewals.
Currently, customers who have requested electronic invoices receive an email with a link to a third-party site to access the invoice. This system will remain in place through April.
However, starting in May CoPower will switch to Empower in order to meet their goal of delivering the most positive experience possible for their customers. With this new system, groups will receive an email notifying them that their invoice is ready to view directly in the Empower portal.
All users will need to register for Empower. You may reach out to a Customer Service Representative to request a personalized link to register at Empower.
