CCSB will be conducting planned maintenance their CRM starting at 12:00pm on May 4th and ending at 6:00am on May 8th. During this time, when you send an email to any of the following emails, you will not receive an auto-response with a case ID# as you typically do:
- CCSBeligibility@covered.ca.gov
- CCSBfinance@covered.ca.gov
- CCSBcobra@covered.ca.gov
- Agents@covered.ca.gov
Your email is being received by our CRM and an auto-response will be sent Monday morning.
During this period, the CCSB portal will still be accessible to process any adds, terms, new business submissions or any other transactions available through the portal.
