Delta Dental of California introduced 3 new DHMO plans in 2021: Deluxe 11A, Advantage 15B, and Core 17B.

• No annual deductibles
• No maximums for covered benefits
• Adult/Child Ortho coverage available on all 3 DeltaCare HMO plans
• 17B HMO plan covers Implant Services
