Delta Dental Offers Brokers an Extra Bonus
Groups of 2-99 with 2021 effective dates will qualify brokers for Delta's Dental’s Bonus program.
Brokers must first meet a retention goal:
- 90% to 94.5% for a bonus of 3%
- 95% to 100% for a bonus of 4%
Once you qualify with your retention goal, Delta will track your new sales for additional levels of compensation.

| Two | 15 | $500,000 to $999,000 | 4% |
| Three | 25 | $1 milliion+ | 5% |
Brokers will continue to earn 10% of the premium for all new sales and renewals.
