Groups of 2-99 with 2022 effective dates will qualify brokers for Delta's Dental’s Bonus program.
Brokers must first meet a retention goal:
- 92% to 96.9% for a bonus of 3%
- 97% to 100% for a bonus of 4%
Once you qualify with your retention goal, Delta will track your new sales for additional levels of compensation.
