Anthem Blue Cross, along with other major carriers, was recently informed that Dignity Health Medical Network-Sequoia in San Mateo County will discontinue all services on November 1, 2018. Members enrolled with Dignity Health Medical Network-Sequoia will be transferred to alternate participating medical groups. Letters were mailed to subscribers informing them of the closure and their transfer to alternate participating medical groups.
