As you know, the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) requires insurance companies to submit information about prescription drugs and health care spending in the form of an RxDC report. EmblemHealth is obligated to complete reporting for every employer group that they covered in 2024.
To collect the data, they will email the details and a link to a survey to your fully-insured and self-insured groups in mid-April. Please tell your clients to check their inbox for this important email. They must complete the survey by May 9, 2025.
Should an ASO customer want to submit RxDC report on their own, they must contact their account manager for an exclusion.
