Contacting Empire Just Got Easier: New contact email for Compensation, Licensing and Credentialing
When you need to contact Empire about Compensation, or regarding Licensing and Credentialing, Empire has a new email address to help make things simple.
Until now Compensation-related email addresses differed based on your region of the country. Email addresses for Licensing and Credentialing were separate as well. The new email address is centralized and simplified: producers@elevancehealth.com. Please save it to your contacts. Existing email addresses will continue to work and be supported for a limited time.
Additionally, Medicare Compensation will remain Senior_SalesComp@anthem.com.
