The survey reveals a lack of confidence when it comes to using benefits data analytics. Eighty-five percent agree that benefits data is crucial for decision-making. But only 53% report success in using non-traditional data to make benefits decisions (i.e. not medical or RX).

The survey reveals that leading organizations will need assistance with all stages of the benefits lifecycle. They will need help responding to the rising need for mental health solutions, the demand for digital care, and the need for competitive benefits.
