Florida Blue has announced their 2024 updates!
Fully Funded Plans and Benefits
No major changes; however, many plans will have benefit shifts to remain compliant.
Two new platinum plans:
- Simply Blue 24752
- Simply Blue24803
Two plans discontinued; these plans have low enrollment and impact is expected to be minimal.

- HMO | Full: 0.7%
- HMO HSA | Full: 0.6%
- Truli HMO | 0.7%
- Truli HMO HSA: 0.5%
- PPO | Full: 1.7%
- PPO HSA | Full: 1.3%
Some regions even have a rate decrease
Members can earn more with Florida Blue's Rewards Program!
Members can earn rewards that are loaded to a pre-paid card. Rewards are earned through personal challenges and keeping up to date with healthcare and wellness. As long as members are covered on a qualifying Florida Blue plan, the rewards won't expire.
