The RxDC is a data report required under section 204 of the CAA. This report requires health insurance issuers and group health plans to submit information about prescription drug and health care spending to the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Department of the Treasury (“Tri-Agencies”).
Florida Health Care Plans will submit the summary report and data for all fully insured groups.
FHCP will collect the information at contract renewal. However, if the group's renewal has passed and they were not asked for this information, please provide the data for 2022. FHCP has requested this information request form be submitted by March 31, 2023.
