Nearly 88% of workers would consider better health, dental, and vision insurance as a factor when choosing between a higher paying job and a lower paying job with better benefits, according to a survey by frac.tl.com.
Researchers gave 2,000 people a list of 17 benefits and asked them how heavily they would weigh each benefit when deciding between a high-paying job and a lower-paying job with more benefits. Better health, dental, and vision insurance topped the list with 88% of respondents saying that they would give this benefit some consideration (34%) or heavy consideration (54%).
