Anthem Blue Cross is pleased to announce that they have successfully renewed their Commercial and Medicare agreement with Community Memorial Health System, comprising the below-referenced hospitals:
- 050394 - Community Memorial Hospital – San Buenaventura
- 050046 - Ojai Valley Community Hospital
The fully executed multi-year agreement is effective January 1, 2023.
