Guardian is making it easier for your clients to help their employees use and appreciate their wellness benefits with GuardianWell.
GuardianWell provides employees with a home for healthy living:
- Members can engage with their Guardian wellness benefits*
- Access educational content on mental, physical, and financial well-being, as well as on family and community support topics, to help support themselves and the well-being of their loved ones
- To make the entire experience more seamless, employees can easily shift between GuardianWell and the Guardian Anytime service portal to find everything they may need for whatever they're going through.
To assist in promoting this new resource, your clients with caregiving support services benefits through Wellthy will receive turnkey resources such as flyers, digital banners, and content that can be shared as part of their benefits communications. In addition, if Guardian has employee emails on file, they will help support the communication by sending periodic service messages about this new wellness benefit resource.
GuardianWell is initially available to your clients who have employees with access to Guardian’s caregiving support services benefit. Guardian plans to expand access to GuardianWell to more members throughout 2025.
* Guardian wellness benefits such as caregiving support services, tobacco cessation, cancer support services, employee assistance program, and mental health benefits. Employees will only be able to see/access content on wellness benefits they have access to.
