Guardian has good news to share with you! They have made updates to General Agent (GA) policies that will make it easier to do business with Guardian for both GA partners and brokers. The changes will help to build a stronger partnership.
Annual Special Producer Compensation (SPC) Program
Up until now, when a broker wrote business through a general agent, the annual SPC program (if qualified) was reduced. Effective immediately, this is no longer the policy. Guardian is eliminating this rule for brokers, starting with the 2022 SPC program. What this means for all is, brokers can now write business through Amwins and receive their full bonus.
