Guardian’s New EOI Communication Process
The process of sending out and tracking evidence of insurability (EOI) forms has been a time-consuming and paper-driven process. That’s all about to change!
On November 7, 2020, Guardian is launching a new approach to communicating EOI. Guardian will be reaching out directly to employees who need to complete an EOI for requested coverage. Plan holders won’t need to supply the EOI forms or track down status anymore because they can easily view EOI status online on the Guardian Anytime Evidence of Insurability status screens.

Later this week, Guardian will send an email about this enhancement to clients who have coverage that requires EOI.
