Health Net and Dignity Health entered into a new two-year contract renewal, effective May 1, 2018 with these lines of business:
- Commercial HMO/PPO/POS
- Medicare
- Medi-Cal
- Cal MediConnect
Health Net members can continue to use Dignity Health's doctors, facilities and hospitals with no disruption or change in care. This attachment shows the providers that were being negotiated, and that are part of the renewed contract.
