In Q2 2019, Health Net reports a statewide average increase of 3.1% for full HMO plans and a 1.9% increase for limited HMO plans. Full PPO plans will see a 2.7% increase, and Limited PPO plans will see a 2.1% increase. Health Net continues to be competitive in limited HMOs, particularly in Regions 15, 16, and 17. WholeCare, SmartCare, and Salud offer rich plans with a competitive rate. Platinum $30 and Gold $35 are their top selling plans. There are no plan or benefit changes, and the following promotions continue: HMO Sales Express Program
