Health Net’s revised Q4 rates are lower than their initial Q4 rate filing. Their broker bonus is $100 per member and goes up to $125 per member in December. No hassle underwriting promos give you even more incentive to close business with Health Net. The statewide quarterly average rates are below:

- Full PPO -0.3%
- Limited PPO 2.3%
- Full PPO HSA -1.6%
