As previously announced, effective November 1, 2023, the Cigna PPO Network will replace the First Health network as the provider network outside of California for Health Net PPO plans with out-of-state coverage. Health Net will be mailing letters to announce this exciting news to employer groups on August 22, 2023, and to members on August 28, 2023.
