Health Net is offering a 35% Relaxed Participation promotion for groups with 6+ eligible employees. Groups of 1-5 employees can join with 66% participation, which is the standard participation minimum. In order to qualify, a group must select the EnhancedCare PPO Choice portfolio. This portfolio includes the following plans:
- Full Network HMO
- WholeCare HMO
- SmartCare HMO
- Salud HMO y Más
- CommunityCare HMO
- PureCare HSP
- Full Network PPO Bronze
- EnhancedCare PPO (regions 15 and 16)
