Health Net Q3 2019 plans are available to quote. There are no new plans, terminated plans, or benefit changes. Health Net’s statewide average Q3 rate changes are:
- -2.8% decrease for full HMOs
- -1.6% decrease for limited HMOs
- 2.8% increase for PPOs
Health Net is salient in Regions 15, 16, and 17 in Salud, SmartCare, and WholeCare networks. Platinum $30 and Gold $35 HMO plans have been their top sellers, offering groups rich benefits at a low price point. Their limited network PPO plan (EnhancedCare PPOs) are also competitively priced for rate-sensitive groups.
