Health Net's HMO plans have an overall average rate decrease for Q3, with substantial rate decreases for Full Network and WholeCare in some regions. PPO full network rates average a minor decrease -- -1.5% --while PPO limited network plans increase an average of 1.1%. EPO plans have an average 4% rate increase.
Underwriting Promos have been extended through September 2021.
