Small Group

New Broker* Incentive Program:
- For the first new 6+ member group sold, the broker will receive $2,000
- For the second new 6+ member group sold, the broker will receive $3,000
- For the third new 6+ member group sold, the broker will receive $4,000
New Member Incentive Program:
- Brokers will receive $60 per member
This program includes sales through CaliforniaChoice, with a minimum of 6 members enrolling on a Health Net plan.
Large Group

Broker Incentive Program:
- Brokers will receive 2% of paid premium received for 12 months for new large employer group contract.
New Broker* Incentive Program:
- For the first new group, broker will receive $1,000 per group
- For the second new group, broker will receive $2,000 per group
- For the third new group, broker will receive $3,000 per group
- For the fourth new group, broker will receive $4,000 per group
- For the fifth new group, broker will receive $5,000 per group
*New Broker: Any brokerage agency that has not sold a Health Net medical plan within the last 3 years.
