Health Net is always working to improve member experience. Part of that is retiring their Mobile app, which is no longer available with this update. The new Member Online Account is now available!
Members can Reregister now if they haven't already done so by the 9/26 update. They will need their member number located on their Health Net ID Card and a valid email address. With new and improved mobile functionality, the new portal offers a great experience through whatever device members are using!
