HealthPass has issued a small group rate update for Q1 2025.
Quoting is now available. Plans show the following changes compared to Q4 2024 rates:
- HMO -2.4%
- HMO HSA -2.2%
- PPO -5.2%
- EPO Plans using the Full Network 2.8%
- EPO HSA Plans using the Full Network -3.9%
- EPO plans using the Limited Network 0.4%
- EPO HSA plans using the Limited Network -1.5%
