Humana 2024 Producer Partnership Plan

Humana is excited to let you know the 2024 Producer Partnership Plan for group insurance producers is now available.

Group Benefits (dental, vision, life & disability)

• Group Benefits Bonus: Previously known as the Specialty Growth Bonus, the Group Benefits bonus qualifications will remain the same as the 2023 Specialty Growth Bonus.


• Group Benefits (dental, vision, life & disability): In 2023, Humana added commissions and bonus qualifications for their new Disability plans. In 2024, they will continue to expand Disability into more markets for more opportunities to earn commission and bonuses.

Group Medical & Group Medicare

Medical quarterly bonus:

• Humana will continue to offer separate qualification criteria and payment schedules for large group and small group business.
• Payment rates have been increased for all tiers in both the Small Group and Large Group opportunities.
• The number of Medical Cases and enrolled employees, used to determine eligibility and bonus payment rates for both the Small Group and Large Group Components of the program, will be based off cases in force as of 10/31/23 and will not change during the 2024 plan year.
• The following new business factors have been removed: Bonus Growth Multipliers, New Cases Multiplier, and the New Case qualifier method.

Small business group medical base commissions:

• Commission Tiers will continue to be paid at the 2023 Commission Tier Cycle 4 for all of 2024.

Leaders Club Program:

• Humana is sunsetting their traditional Leaders Club Program for 2024, but will be releasing a new Producer Recognition Program in the upcoming months.
