Humana Adds Walmart and Sam's Club to Vision Network 1/1 January 2023

Walmart^® and Sam’s Club^TM vision and optical centers joining the Humana Vision network January 1

Humana Vision offers one of the largest vision networks available with a choice from more than 135,000 provider locations nationwide, including independent providers, retail and online options.

And now they're expanding their network even more to include Walmart® Vision and Sam’s Club™ Optical locations beginning January 1, 2023.

Starting January 1, current and new Humana Vision members can begin visiting Walmart Vision and Sam’s Club Optical centers for their eyeglass frames, lenses, and contact lenses as part of their in-network vision benefits.

Please note: Some optometrists with Walmart and Sam’s Club are independent contractors and may not participate in the Humana Vision network for eye care services like exams. Members can use the “Find an eye doctor” tool or call the provider in advance to confirm if the provider is in network.
