Kaiser Permanente® has released Q3 rates with a 3% increase on all HMO plans and a rate pass for PPOs. There are no plans and benefit changes. Rates are valid from July 2019 through December 2019. (Current rates for grandfathered plans are valid through the end of the year.) Quoting is live in HealthConnect.
