Kaiser Permanente® has extended all their broker bonus programs for groups with effective dates through July 1, 2019.
- Get $50 per member when you enroll a new group with 50 or more full-time employees directly with Kaiser Permanente® or through CaliforniaChoice®, Covered California for Small Business, or a General Agency. For all rules and conditions, please see the attached Kaiser Broker Bonus Flyer.
- Get $50 per member when you enroll a new group with members in Santa Cruz County directly with Kaiser Permanente®or through CaliforniaChoice®, Covered California for Small Business, or a General Agency. For all rules and conditions, please see the attached Santa Cruz County Bonus Flyer.
