Effective 10/1, Kaiser Permanente® is simplifying enrollment. Eligibility documents like business licenses, quarterly wage reports, new hire eligibility, and tax documentations will no longer be required, and declination of coverage forms do not need to be submitted with enrollment materials.
Additionally, up to 49% of subscribers may now enroll as Out-of-State PPO, increased from 30%.
