Kaiser Permanente® released a COVID-19 return-to-work playbook with guidance from the CDC, OSHA, and state and county health departments. Kaiser will update the playbook regularly as official guidance evolves.

- The ability to enroll new small groups with just two weeks of payroll records: New businesses can qualify for coverage with just two weeks of payroll records instead of the previous standard of 30 days. You can even help small groups apply without any payroll documentation
- Expanded telehealth coverage for PPO and Point-of-Service (POS) Members: Effective immediately, PPO and POS plans include coverage of telehealth services from any licensed provider
