Kaiser Permanente® has released their January to June 2020 rates. Quoting is available now. All plans received a rate increase: HMOs went up 1.2% and PPOs went up 5.2%.
All plans have benefit changes, except Platinum HMO 0/10 and Gold HMO 500/30. Plans that have a deductible and/or copay change resulted in a plan name change:

Great news on Durable Medical Equipment (DME) benefits. In 2020, DME benefits are available in all HMO plans. There are no changes to ancillary benefits including child dental. The child dental cost for all plans and rating areas is the same as last year, $13.99. Forms and brochures will be available as Kaiser Permanente® releases them.
