Kaiser Permanente is reaching out to employer groups to streamline compliance with the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 and Transparency in Coverage requirements. These regulations require publishing machine readable files and information related to cost sharing, pharmacy reporting, and other activities that Kaiser Permanente undertakes on their behalf.
Groups can request a fully executed non-duplication agreement
