Kaiser Permanente® has updated startup group guidelines effective October 1, 2019. Groups can now apply with fewer than four weeks of payroll and have valid business documents. Groups must submit the Payroll Attestation form with their enrollment and provide the company’s first 30 days of payroll records for all employees within 45 days of the effective date.
