Beginning January 1, 2023, the collaboration between Kaiser Permanente and Cigna enables employees enrolled in a PPO plan to access the Cigna PPO Network outside Kaiser Permanente states.
The Cigna PPO Network refers to the health care providers (doctors, hospitals, specialists) contracted as part of the Cigna PPO for Shared Administration.
