You can earn up to $100 per enrolled employee! To qualify, new small groups must have 5 or more enrolled with effective dates July 1, 2020 through September 1, 2020.

Groups that qualify for this bonus can also earn you an extra $10 bonus per employee when an employee enrolls in the following 3 coverages:
- Medical
- Dental D300
- Vision V100
