MetLife recognizes the challenges that small businesses face as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Early next week, group customers with fewer than 500 lives will get a notification that MetLife will hold rates (no rate increase) for all renewals with renewal dates of June 1, 2020 through September 1, 2020.
This renewal approach helps ensure the sustainability of MetLife’s small business customer benefit programs.
