Mutual of Omaha is introducing a two-step authentication upon log in to their Employer Access and Mutual Express Benefits (MEB/Small Business Solutions) portals. This two-step authentication (through OKTA) will take effect starting on July 8, 2023.
What does this mean for you?
After the two-step authentication takes effect, the first time you log into Employer Access and/or MEB, you will be prompted to update your profile. Here you will verify your information and set up your Multiple Factor Authentication (MFA) preferences, with OKTA.
Simply login with your current username or email address. Then, enter your existing password and click Sign-In. Note, you will notice a slight change to your login screen.
As a result of this update, both the Employer Access and MEB portals will be unavailable on July 8, 2023, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM CST.
