Sutter Health Plan is excited to kick off a new year continuing to serve the Northern California community. They recently shared, starting Jan. 1, 2025 that they are doing business as Sutter Health Plan. As you begin to see their new name reflected across various materials and websites, you will also notice a few other changes. In keeping with their ongoing commitment to enhance their customer experience, they are streamlining the way you connect with them. Please note the following updates:
- There is a new email address to service you and your clients’ needs, from premium billing to enrollment, sales and more! Going forward, please use shpserviceteam@sutterhealth.org. Emails sent to the former mailboxes will be redirected for the next few months.
- Member Services, Account Services and Broker Services are now integrated as the Customer Service team. Members, brokers and employers can contact Customer Service at 855-315-5800 (TTY 855-830-3500) on weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., to answer benefit or premium billing questions, schedule appointments and more.
It is their goal to be the health plan of choice for you and your clients and they hope these enhancements make it easier for you to contact them.
