Oscar is offering a broker bonus for new membership. The more Oscar members who are enrolled through CaliforniaChoice®, the greater your bonus! This includes new and active CaliforniaChoice® members who enroll or move to Oscar at renewal for coverage effective June 1, 2019 to December 15, 2019.

| 26 to 50 employees | $50 per employee |
| 51 to 100 employees | $75 per employee |
Note: The maximum one-time payout is $7,500 per group.
You still earn the bonus on your Oscar enrollment if your group’s CaliforniaChoice® enrollment is split with four or more employees selecting Oscar and other employees selecting one of the other health plan options available in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
