Oscar Health is extending application deadlines for Small Groups. As always, all emergency services are covered at in-network and out-of-network hospitals. During this state of emergency, they’re also offering:
- Access to out-of-network providers if in-network providers are unavailable or a member has been displaced out of the area.
- Prescriptions at out-of-network pharmacies, along with prescription replacements as appropriate, regardless of quantity or refill limits.
- Relaxed time limits for prior authorization, pre-certification, and referrals.
- Replacements for medical equipment or supplies.
