Blue Shield of California now lists Pomona Valley Medical Group as in-network for their Access+ HMO and their Trio HMO for 2019. The Independent Practice Association is comprised of individual private practice physicians and multi-specialty medical groups serving the Inland Empire, Pomona, and San Gabriel Valley regions of Southern California.
