- Collect an updated census from your groups to include employees and enrolled dependents
- Confirm any medical groups and physicians, so we can ensure the smoothest transition if they choose to move
- Submit the gathered information along with a copy of the renewal to your LISI team for a complete renewal analysis
- Schedule a call to review the quotes with your LISI sales team
