However, over the last few weeks, employer questions about the upcoming gag clause attestation, which is due before the end of this year, have increased dramatically as carriers and vendors have started to communicate their approach to the rules. It is becoming apparent that many employers will need to complete the attestation themselves for at least some of the parts of their plan.
