Sharp Health Plan has announced their Q2 2019 rate update. All HMO plans will increase by 0.8%. There are no plan changes with this increase. Expect quoting to be available in the next week.
As a reminder, Sharp recently made changes to their small group underwriting guidelines to make it easier for you to do business with them. This includes lowering their standard participation requirement, increasing plan options for groups of 1-5 enrolled, and easing requirements for groups coming off a PEO.
