Sharp Health Plan rates for Q2 2021 are now available to quote in Ebix.  There are no changes to the plan portfolio or underwriting guidelines at this time. 

Rate change by network:

• Choice HMO: 2.0%
• Value HMO: -1.0%
• Performance HMO: -1.0%
• Premier HMO: -1.1%
