Sharp Health Plan has released HMO rates for Q1 2020. There are no changes to underwriting guidelines at this time. On average, rates will increase by 0.5% for Choice network plans and 3.8% for all limited network plans.
Many plans experienced minor benefit adjustments for the new year. For some plans, this means a slight name change due to the new benefit. The following changes apply across all available networks:

You may continue using the current applications for 2021. The latest employer and employee versions remain valid (ER dated 08/20, EE dated 05/20).
